Open terminal from Ranger file manager

Quite simply, type:

:terminal

Then this pull request added the ability to set your system (eg in .bashrc i think) TERMCMD to be something like gnome-terminal --tab and have Ranger open wherever you are in a terminal tab when you type :terminal.
