As far as i can tell from reading their bylaws, their bylaws (as of 2014, anyhow), a quorum of each class is required but each person has an equal vote. That i very much approve. (And member non-people entities needs to be represented by people, i didn’t see/read if larger or different entities had more than one human proxy or what the deal was with that challenge to proportional representation.)
