Suggest creating a redirect (provide link to do so) to admins on 404 not found pages

It’s just nice to have the first half of the redirect already filled out for you, the not found path that should redirect to content that does exist. And i know i’ve seen it in the past.
Not an option on admin/config/search/redirect/404 and there’s no blocks with redirect in the name to place, either.
The right way to do this would be with an action link, probably.
