Connecting Gmail with Mayfirst IMAP email at own domain despite google being terrible

google said the Google Workspace Standard trial ended after days and will not get messages with POP3 anymore

OK never mind it apparently is still working but it went a full 15 minutes without checking that mail (pressing refresh on the main interface did nothing) and only checked when i manually pressed it.
